Your accessing or use of this online ticketing service indicates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
In addition, by purchasing Base31 event tickets using the Base31 online ticketing service, you, on behalf of any ticket holder of a ticket purchased by you, are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 License

Each ticket purchased pursuant to these conditions is a revocable, conditional license granted by Base31 and its programming partners. It may, in its sole discretion, revoke the license at any time and for any reason. By presenting a ticket to Base31, the ticket permits you to: (a) enter the publicly-accessible areas of the venue on the date specified on the ticket and at times determined by Base31, (b) attend the event; and (c) sit or stand, as applicable, in the location identified on the ticket.

 Event Information and Admission

Artists, programme, date and event pricing subject to change without notice. If an event is cancelled, the liability of Base31 is limited to the price paid for the ticket, service charges may not be refunded.

Except as stated in these conditions, tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. You agree not to attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to the ticket, including, without limitation, by seeking a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase the ticket. There are some exceptions to this policy. Kids Camp and PA Day Activities. Kids Camp and PA Day Activity tickets can be transferred to another user up to 14 days before a camp begins, depending on availability. Kids Camp and PA Day Activity tickets can also be refunded up to 50% of the base price, not including fees and services charges, if cancellation is received 14 days in before the camp begins. From 13 days to 2 days before a Kids Camp or PA Day Activity begins, tickets are non-refundable, however may be transferred to another available date depending on availability. We will not be able to approve transfers on the first day of Kids Camp or PA Day Activities. Sensory Garden rentals can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to event date and will receive a 100% refund of the base price, not including fees and services charges.

Performances will start at the listed time. Doors to most of our venues open one hour to one hour-and-30-minutes before the scheduled performance time. Experiences will require you to arrive no less than 10 minutes before a scheduled start time. Free and general admission events are limited to the capacity of the venue. General admission and standing room tickets are given access at the venue upon arrival on a first-come, first-seated basis.

Base31 has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission by refunding the ticket price.

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the event and readmission may be refused if you leave the venue.

Base31 may at its sole discretion expel from the venue premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels the ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims including any claim to a refund of the ticket price.

General Admission Seating Sergeants Mess Hall

For those who have purchased General seating tickets, please note that seating is first come, first served. We kindly ask that you are considerate of others when selecting your seat and do not save seats for individuals who have not yet arrived. Our goal is to create an enjoyable and comfortable experience for all attendees. We appreciate your cooperation.

Reserved Seating Sergeants Mess Hall

Reserved seating is made available at tables, which are arranged in groups of four. If you purchase less than four tickets, you will be seated with other attendees. We hope this seating arrangement will provide a fun and sociable experience for everyone.

General Admission Standing Drill Hall

General Admission Standing refers to areas that are not assigned or reserved, with standing room space as well as a limited amount of first-come, first-served seating for patrons. We kindly ask that you are considerate of others when selecting your seat and do not save seats for individuals who have not yet arrived. Our goal is to create an enjoyable and comfortable experience for all attendees.

Base31 Venue Policy

Due to venue fire codes, sitting in the aisles or standing at the back of the venue is not permitted.

Pricing

All references to prices or fees in this agreement are in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotional Offers

You may receive a special ticket offer from us. Such offers are personal, non-transferable, subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to an existing order. Some offers may have a specific expiry date; those that do not, may expire without notice and are at the sole discretion of Base31.

Getting Your Tickets

Tickets will be available digitally through your email with a QR code once a confirmation of payment has been received.

For those wishing for pick-up at the door, tickets may only be picked up by the cardholder of the card used to purchase the tickets (no third party pick-up). The cardholder must present the credit card used for purchase at the time of pickup. Photo ID will be required.

Credit Card Approval

All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

Early Bird Tickets

A limited number of early bird tickets for general admission and reserved seating may be made available online for a limited time If available early bird tickets are sold at maximum capacity the general admission and reserved seating pricing will apply.

Ticket Limits

Please note, there may be ticket limits per show, which creates a maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per patron. In an effort to reduce unauthorized ticket resales, persons who exceed published ticket limits directly or indirectly may have any and all of their orders and tickets canceled without notice by Base31 at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Ticket Scanning

Tickets are uniquely numbered for scanning verification and logging at time of entry. Any attempt to gain a second entry with a reprinted or copied ticket will be rejected and may result in immediate investigation by Base31’s security and/or event staff personnel.

Ticket Holders

Everyone attending ticketed performances must possess a valid ticket. Make sure you purchase a ticket for everyone attending the performance/event.

Use of Electronics and Recording

It is strictly prohibited to use any electronic device to record or transmit any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data concerning the progress, conduct or any other aspect of any event, for any reason whatsoever unless authorized or permitted to do so by Base31. Mobile phones used for strictly personal and private use are permitted. Any and all intellectual property rights in any unauthorized recording or transmission is assigned (by way of present assignment of future rights) to Base31.
Base31 reserves the right to undertake anti-piracy measures and eject any person who is recording or photographing without authorization from Base31 and to report any unauthorized recording to law enforcement, which may subject that person to criminal and civil liability.
Base31 reserves the right to film or record its events and activities for its own promotional purposes.

Bag Check

Small bags and purses may be searched upon entry by Base31’s security team for the following items. If any of the items listed below are found, they will be disposed of without return. Additional items deemed by security to be dangerous or inappropriate may also be prohibited.

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or any other illegal substances
  • Alcohol
  • Outside food and beverage
  • Sparklers, fireworks or incendiary materials of any kind
  • Noisemakers
  • Laser lights and pointers
  • Mace/pepper spray
  • Animals and pets (excluding service animals)
  • Backpacks or large bags
  • Professional cameras and recording devices
  • Umbrellas

Risks and Claims

You acknowledge and assume all risks associated to attendance at the event, including the risk of property loss and/or damage, personal illness, injury or death arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever, (including, without limitation, by players, performers, spectators, objects projected, thrown or hit into spectator areas and the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illness or their respective causes, including those associated with the novel coronavirus/covid 19, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, and you waive all claims against Base31 entities relating to same.

By using a ticket to attend events at Base31, you waive and release Base31 and its programming partners, from all claims you may have against Base31 for any loss, damage, injury, liability, or expense you may suffer, arising from your presence at the event venue due to any reason whatsoever, including those arising from personal injury, property loss/damage, or death.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Base31 to you under any theory of law, including contract or tort, shall not exceed the amount of the fee paid by you for the ticket.

Meaning of Base31

In these conditions, Base31 means all those corporations who own and operate the Base31 property, or portions of it, including: Base31 Partners Inc., PEC Partners Inc., PEC Community Partners Inc., Base31 F+B Inc. and their servants, agents, successors or assigns.

General

Admission to the event venue is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and venue rules, as they may be adopted over time. You are responsible for and shall cause any ticket holders of tickets purchased by you to maintain proper decorum and such compliance. Failure to comply may result in non-admission or expulsion. These terms are subject to change without notice.

We value the trust of those we work with and serve, and of the public, and recognize that maintaining this trust requires that we be transparent and accountable in how we treat the information that you choose to share with us. Collecting your Personal Information

Base31 collects personal information for the primary purpose of conducting our day-to-day operations, special events and other activities. Base31 collects such details as your name, address, telephone number and email address. In addition, within a survey we may ask for information about the cultural activities that you are interested in – and other information needed to make our programming and communications to you as relevant as possible. For individuals under the legal age of consent, we require the consent of a parent or the individual’s legal guardian for the collection of your personal information.

When personal information is collected for a specific purpose such as fundraising or other special events, registration forms, websites, newsletters, sponsor sheets or documentation, we will provide details of the purposes for which the information is collected and is to be used. If you choose to purchase event tickets or merchandise available on our website that requires use of a credit card, Base31 and third-party credit card processors will collect and use your credit card information only to process the transaction you made on this website. For your protection, we do not maintain credit card information on file subsequent to transaction processing. This means for those subsequent transactions; you will be required to re-enter your credit card information. To change or update your personal information please use the user login option.

Use of your Personal Information

All personal information collected by Base31and its programming partners is strictly confidential shall not be released for use by others outside Base31 and its programming partners except as provided for in this Privacy Policy, with prior and specific written authorization or as required by applicable by law.
For our internal business purposes, collected information may be processed such as to analyze trends and statistics, for audits, to develop new products, to enhance our websites, to improve our services, to identify usage trends and to determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.
Base31 may use your personal information to send you more information about Base31 events and related events sometimes held by programming partners only if you have opted in to receive this information.
Base31’s programming partners are defined as organizations that are co-presenters of specific events, such as the County Stage Company, BigLake and Comedy Country, and are clearly indicated on each event description. Patron’s name and email addresses will only be shared with those programming partners for which the patron has purchased a ticket for the management of the ticket purchase.
We do not sell, trade or share our mailing lists. If you wish at any time to be removed from our mailing lists or withdraw your consent to use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, you may do so by unsubscribing via the link on any email received from us.

Securing your Personal Information

Base31 takes all reasonable measures to assure the security and integrity of your personal information is accurate and that it is complete and up-to-date.

No Reasonable Expectation of Privacy or Anonymity.

In a Base31 venue, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy or anonymity. Recordings, photos, video, portrayals, etc. (“Media”) of you may be used by Base31 for commercial or other purposes (including, for greater clarity, on social media platforms) without compensation to you. You waive any rights, including moral rights, you may otherwise have in your likeness or in its use in any Media.
By using a ticket to enter a Base31 venue, you agree to being photographed, filmed, or recorded in the event venue, and to the publication, reproduction, sales use, distribution, and broadcast of all photographs, video, or other recordings of your voice or likeness without further notice or compensation in any publicity, advertisement, or other publication carried out by, or on behalf of Base31 in perpetuity in any manner and media whatsoever, including print, broadcast, or digital.

Use of Cookies

Base31 does make use of tracking technology (“Cookies”) to gather information such as browser and operating system types, referral page, path through site, domain of ISP etc. for the purpose of understanding how visitors use this website. Cookies help us tailor this website to your personal needs.
Base31 keeps all the information collected from Cookies in a non-personally identifiable format. This kind of information therefore obtained through Cookies will not be disclosed outside Base31 or designated third parties. It will not be used for unsolicited communications.
