
WELCOME TO THE COMMISSARY
Base31 will re-open The Commissary, its open food + drink market, for the second season on May 16th. The Commissary is your prime location for culinary excellence, offering lunch and dinner options. It’s also the perfect late-night spot for post-concert or post-dinner hangs.
The Commissary features five unique food and drink entrepreneurs set in shipping container kitchens. The space includes the central Commissary Bar and Café, plenty of seating and an outdoor stage.
OPERATING HOURS
The Commissary opens to the public on Victoria Day long weekend–May 16.
During Canada Day Weekend, The Commissary is open Friday, June 27 from 11am to 11pm, Saturday, June 28 from 11am to 12am, Sunday, June 29 from 11am to 5pm, Monday, June 30 from 11am to 5pm and Tuesday, July 1 from 11am to 5pm.
MAY
The Commissary opens for the season on Victoria Day long weekend, starting Friday, May 16.
