We are on the lookout for individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses eager to showcase their craft, skills and unique offerings to an engaged audience at our site. Base31 is proud to offer multiple avenues of collaborative partnerships and business opportunities, from leasing restaurant containers to becoming seasonal concert vendors; to renting out our food truck, ice cream tricycle, commercial kitchen to becoming a caterer or culinary experience provider for our group bookings.

Meeting with the candidates will take place the week of February 19th to February 24th. Contracts will be awarded to the successful applicants in the first week of March.

Opportunity 1: Lease a Restaurant Container in our newest venue — The Commissary
We are proud to announce the opening of The County’s hottest new food destination, The Commissary — an open air food market with five fully – equipped guest facing kitchen containers featured in large and colorfully painted shipping containers, a courtyard bar, an outdoor stage for performances, private cabana rentals, and a multi-use experiential private cooking and dining venue. 3. Marketing and Promotion

Fee: $2, 400- $3,000 per month
*Season long leases will be discounted
*Shorter leases may be considered at a higher rate

Opportunity 2: Operate as a Vendor During a Music Concert and/or Outdoor Event
Give your business the stage! Lease a Vendor Spot at our Spectacular Music Concerts and Outdoor Events! Elevate your brand’s presence by leasing a vendor spot or station during our electrifying music concerts.
Drill Hall concerts take place every Saturday from mid-June, 2024 —mid-September 2024

Fees:
Food truck rental $450 to $600 per day
Ice Cream Tricycle $150 to $250 per day
Commercial Kitchen $25 to $40 per hour (2 hour minimum)
*Price will be determined based on type of usage, hours of operation, and seasonal commitments
