After generating hundreds of millions of streams and earning widespread praise courtesy of Harper’s BAZAAR, The FADER, Interview, W Magazine, and more, Charlotte Cardin opens up like never before on her 2023 sophomore album, 99 Nights. The Montréal-born and Paris-based singer, songwriter, and creator exhales raw truths through a haze of nocturnal production, leaving pieces of her story on tape. Created with her core-team in Montréal, Cardin also welcomed international talents such as Rob Grimaldi, Felix Joseph and Digital Farm Animals. 99 Nights expanded Cardin’s reach internationally with billboards going up in New York City’s Times Square, the artist getting her own radio show on Apple Music 1, being featured on A COLORS SHOW and the album coming in at #9 on Spotify’s Global Debut Chart. At home, the record earned Cardin the most nominations at the 2024 JUNO Awards, namely for “Artist of the Year”, “Album of the Year” and “Single of the Year”, for Confetti. The 99 Nights Tour traveled across 50 plus cities worldwide, including sold out shows at Irving Plaza in New York, four nights at Place Bell arena in Montreal, two nights at Massey Hall, in Toronto, and after selling out l’Olympia in Paris, Cardin went on to sell-out the iconic Zénith venue, a year in advance of her show in December 2025.
Following the Big Boy EP and Main Girl EP, Cardin emerged as an international phenomenon with her 2021 debut Phoenix. At the 2022 JUNO Awards, the LP took home “Album of the Year” and “Pop Album of the Year,” while Meaningless garnered “Single of the Year” and she personally received “Artist of the Year.” Inciting unanimous tastemaker applause, HYPEBAE christened her “one of Canada’s brightest young talents.” Following sold-out headline dates and powerhouse turns at Bonnaroo and Festival d’Été de Québec, Cardin topped the bill at Osheaga in 2021, marking a momentous Montréal homecoming.
