Art Explorers Camp
Looking for a Summer Camp focused on art and exploration, look no further. Michelle will be hosting one week of Art Explorers Camp at Base31 for ages 5 – 9. This summer camp focuses on a creative adventure through the wilderness of imagination. Every day will include a themed take-home art project, creative games, outdoor play and collaborative art-making. If your little one enjoys art, animals, nature and fun, they will have a blast exploring creatively with us.
About Michelle
Born in Canada, Michelle moved to Italy to study art and worked as a print and pattern designer after graduating from OCAD with a BFA. She stayed in Italy for a decade, during which time she learned Italian, worked as an English teacher, and as a freelance print designer. She found the love of her life, got married and started a family. She moved back to Canada with her husband and her two girls Sofia and Ada and returned to painting and traditional art making and found herself teaching art lessons at a local gallery. Michelle is a natural teacher who is passionate about developing the creativity of others and enjoys the occasional colourful mess.
