Bootcamp (Intermediate / Advanced)
Ready to make the most of the outdoors this summer? Why not meet new people while getting fit in the unique setting of a historic airbase? Nothing feels better than starting the day with a quick sweat. Come join Danielle Reynolds from Coach Haus every Saturday morning for a 50-minute boot camp-style workout. This program is ideal for beginner to intermediate-level participants. Each boot camp will consist of a dynamic warm-up followed by a strength and conditioning circuit followed by a brief cool-down. Ages 18+
Note: This is an intermediate to advanced program for those looking to elevate their current workout.
