March Break Camp
This March Break (March 11-15), we're thrilled to invite your children aged 4-10 to participate in a week of fun and learning at our Kids Camp, led by our resident camp leader Michelle Doran.
What to Expect:
Activities: From exciting games to engaging maker crafts, art projects, and even a dive into the world of film, your child will have a blast exploring our camp for the week. The theme of the week will be: Toys! They'll not only get to create their own toys, but also learn how to play with them.
Theatre Exploration: Let their imagination soar as they take to the stage at The Pilot's Lounge and explore the magical world of theatre.
Physical Activities: We've got plenty of fun and energetic games planned to keep them active and entertained throughout the day.
Event Details:
Dates: March 11th to March 15th
Time: 9:00 am to 3:30 pm daily
Location: The Sergeants Mess Hall (Building 7) entrance
What to Bring:
Packed Lunch: Please ensure your child brings a nutritious packed lunch.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key, so don't forget to pack a water bottle.
Indoor Shoes: To keep our indoor spaces clean and safe, please make sure your child has indoor shoes.
Outdoor Winter Wear: We'll be venturing outdoors to the Sensory Garden, so please dress your child warmly with outdoor winter wear. Rubber boots are encouraged in case it's wet outside.
Please be advised that a WAIVER must be filled out for each child you have signed up before participating in the March Break Camp. The WAIVER link will be sent to you in your confirmation email.
About Michelle
Born in Canada, Michelle moved to Italy to study art and worked as a print and pattern designer after graduating from OCAD with a BFA. She stayed in Italy for a decade, during which time she learned Italian, worked as an English teacher, and as a freelance print designer. She found the love of her life, got married and started a family. She moved back to Canada with her husband and her two girls Sofia and Ada. Michelle is a natural teacher who is passionate about developing the creativity of others and enjoys the occasional colourful mess. She has a Gallery and Maker space in Trenton where she runs children’s programming during the week.
