Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Chef Roger Moore has spent over two decades perfecting the craft of soulful, flavour-driven cuisine. From his early days cooking at BOA in Toronto’s Yorkville to leading kitchens such as Caren’s Rosedale, Roger is known for dishes that bring people together. Trained by renowned Saucier Fawzi Kotb, Roger blends Caribbean tradition with refined culinary technique.
