Hospice Connect: Let’s Chat

Thursday, October 17, 2024

Please join us on October 17, 2024, from 4-7 PM at Base31 for Hospice Connect:Let’s Chat. This informal and informative evening will allow you to explore a variety of booths at your own pace, providing valuable insights and options for future care planning and end-of-life options available here in Prince Edward County. Hospice Connect offers an opportunity to learn more about Hospice Prince Edward programming, including its Residential, Grief & Bereavement Support, In-home Visitation, Volunteer Opportunities, Caregiver Support, and Advanced Care Planning.

We understand that starting conversations about care planning and end-of-life can be challenging. That’s why we’ve designed this event to be a warm and supportive environment for you and your loved ones. It’s a unique opportunity to explore valuable community resources and gain insights on how to start these important conversations and plan ahead. Whether you’re looking to plan for your care, support a loved one, or contribute to our community, we’re here to provide you with practical guidance and compassionate support.

Visitors will receive a complimentary self-guided tour of Base31’s historic grounds and can view and purchase Ruby Young’s historical artwork of PEC and nature. The proceeds will support Hospice Prince Edward.

Join our supportive community, where we have open and caring conversations about care planning and end-of-life options. Your presence at this event will benefit you and help us support each other.
