Hospice Connect offers an opportunity to learn more about Hospice Prince Edward programming, including its Residential, Grief & Bereavement Support, In-home Visitation, Volunteer Opportunities, Caregiver Support, and Advanced Care Planning.

Visitors will receive a complimentary self-guided tour of Base31’s historic grounds and can view and purchase Ruby Young’s historical artwork of PEC and nature. The proceeds will support Hospice Prince Edward.
