On May 20, PEC Community Partners Inc., christened its vision for the now former Loch-Sloy Business Park and Picton Airport lands as “Base31.”
Base31 is the new name for the site formerly known as Loch Sloy Business Park and Airport.
PEC Community Partners Inc, announced Friday that inspiration for the new name came from the nearly 700-acre site’s former function as the Royal Airforce’s No.31 Bombing and Gunnery School.
